At 37yr Travis absolutely crushed it with consistency following the shred plan.

We added lots of mobility and core stability initially even though he told me he wanted to get stronger, I told him if your core is strong and your joints move properly you’ll be able to get stronger than ever before.

We worked a lot on his lower body movements and gained tons of strength there. Adding 100lb to his 3rep Deadlift max and 50lb to his 3rep Squat max.

For eating he intermittent fasts daily(he more or less did that before we began training). We initially focused on eating whole foods with a big increase in veggies and quality of protein and healthy fats. No calorie or macro counting right away.

Once consistency and standards were established we were able to play with variables for both exercise and nutrition over time and keep him feeling comfortable in his lifestyle while also ensuring he was making progress toward his goals. Super proud of this guy!!!
